Your appointments are very important to Lash Crush, they are reserved especially for you! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request the following;

• Clients who arrive 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the service fee and asked to reschedule. We encourage you to inform us ASAP if you are running late as we try our best to work with everyone. However, it becomes challenging to perform quality work when we do not have the appropriate time to complete the service.
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation of your scheduled services. Clients canceling with less than 24-hour notice will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. 
• Clients canceling with 4 hours or less will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 
• “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.
