Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to Lash Crush, they are reserved especially for you! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request the following;

  • Clients who arrive 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the service fee and asked to reschedule. We encourage you to inform us ASAP if you are running late as we try our best to work with everyone. However, it becomes challenging to perform quality work when we do not have the appropriate time to complete the service.
  • Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before your scheduled services to avoid a cancellation fee. Appointments cancelled within 24-hours will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.    
  • “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.

• DURING BUSINESS HOURS (Mon-Fri 10AM-6PM): Call/text 843-597-7766 or email us at lashcrushsc@gmail.com or manage appointment online.

•OUTSIDE BUSINESS HOURS: Manage your appointment ONLINE. Our scheduling system FRESHA sends text/email confirmation & reminders. Simply follow instructions to cancel/reschedule appointment.
